Where are my pictures? I have registered and entered the password before.
Log in first using your email address and chosen password when first registering with KS Photography, then click on "My Gallery" next to your name toward the top left corner of the screen.

Where are my pictures? I am a first time visitor.
If you have been granted access to a Gallery, please register first. Once your registration is complete, click on "Access Gallery" and type in the Gallery Password you were given.

What is My Gallery?
My Gallery holds all the images for which you had entered the Gallery Password for.

Why do I have to register?
KS Photography uses the registration and shopping cart facility to improve customer service. By registering, you are able to keep items in your shopping cart for a long period of time. Additionally, you will be able to view your orders and favourites by having registered. Complete and correct registration also ensures that if you place an order, your order will be sent to the correct place.
Please be assured that all customer information is kept in strict confidentiality for your protection and is not provided to any other individual, organization or business.

Will the pictures I select stay in my shopping cart?
Yes. Your pictures will stay in your shopping cart until you either place the order or delete them yourself.

I can't seem to log in.
Log in information is case sensitive, be sure you have entered it correctly. If you have forgotten your password, click here.

Does it cost anything to register?
No.

I have been sent access information for a Gallery, what do I do?
Click the Access Gallery link. Enter in the access code on that page. If correct, you will be able to view the Gallery. If you have an account and are logged in, then you will only have to do this once and this Gallery will be listing in My Gallery.

Some of the photographs looks a little blurry?
All photographs on the website are previews. Minor adjustments in proportions or tones will be made as necessary to achieve the best results. Background marks and visible photographic equipment will be removed where possible.
Photographs on the website are of a lower resolution (quality) to allow faster access. Customer's copies are of a professional quality, printed at a professional photo lab.
All photographs will be produced in colour by default. If you wish your photographs to be produced in Black & White or Sepia, please specify your preferences under Special Requests.

How does the Copyright affect my photographs?
Copyright applies to all photographs of KS Photography. It means that photographs may not be copied or scanned even if one print has been purchased. Photographs may not be reproduced in any way, such as printed in calendars, newsletters or brochures or published on websites without my explicit and written permission. If you wish to do so, please contact me. You may be able to purchase an Image Release for specific purposes. All Rights reserved.
